With almost three years of regular input from readers, the editors are now seeking to create a more engaging magazine and, at the same time, introduce some efficiencies to boost the Monitor’ s overall financial stability.

You’ve all been patiently waiting for this date and here it is! On April 2, 2012, you’ll be able to subscribe and receive immediate access to the new JSH-Online edition. For the first time an electronic edition of the most current issues, as well as the entire archive of The Christian Science Journal, Sentinel, and Herald (in four languages), will be at your fingertips.
For those who may have missed last month’s News @ CSPS “Next Tuesday, a Year from Now—Is 90 Days Away,” we’re reiterating information about the upcoming JSH-Online subscription as well as giving you new information on pricing. About a year ago the concept of a comprehensive online Journal, Sentinel, and Herald subscription was introduced, and each new day brings us closer to that high goal.

Recently, this column discussed the financial picture of The Christian Science Publishing Society and the need to reduce our deficit. We are taking steps to put these valued magazines on a solid financial path for the future.
If you could decide what the content and form of our periodicals would be like a year from now, what would they be? That may be a bit like asking, what is your “dream” car? For one person, the answer might well be a bright red sports car with all the bells and whistles.
