Love is in the details

From the June 2002 issue of The Christian Science Journal

There's a Saying, "God is in the details." That is definitely true in promoting a lecture, which is an intensive detail-oriented part of the planning work. But divine Mind, which is also Love, can inspire new ideas to reach the intended audience—whomever this event is right for at this time. And it's the new ideas that keep this part of the work kind of fun. Here are some things that came out of listening to others' experiences and praying about how to best promote this workshop. As always, It's the love that is the active ingredient.

E-mails: They're instantaneous, free, and get directly to the intended people.

We wrote an invitation letter specifically to alternative healers, including what would matter to them, not us—why this event was relevant and useful to their work, what they had in common with this topic, and what they might learn how to do.
