Letters

From the February 2012 issue of The Christian Science Journal

Thanks have a way of flowing on, but let’s hold them fast a moment: The November issue has an artistic beauty worthy of and in harmony with its messages. Among them: distinguishing between “what” we are and “who” (Ralph W. Emerson, p. 42), and the insight on Christ light as a blessing alternative to the common psychological responses of “fight or flight” (Sarah Hyatt, p. 46). And let’s not forget the glimpse (testimony of Jacklyn J. Williams, p. 32) that Jesus saw no more than insubstantial shadow—“a spirit of infirmity”—in every illness healed.

Thanks to all!
