I wish to bear testimony to the healing power of Christian Science. I had been a great sufferer from a serious stomach trouble for more than forty years and was afraid of everything I ate. I had also suffered from headaches, neuralgia, and bronchitis ; I had sore limbs and feet, so that I could scarcely walk, and a growth had been on my stomach for twenty-seven years.
After years of medical treatment and the suffering of agonies while under the care of many physicians, they all told me there was no help for me. Then I turned to Christian Science. Over two years ago I was near a nervous breakdown and completely discouraged; so I went to Boston to see my daughter, who had been healed through Christian Science, and asked her to take me to a practitioner. In one week's treatment I was perfectly and completely healed of all these miseries, and even more which I have since found were completely annihilated. I have not had any return of any of these ills since the first week's treatment.
I am thankful for Science and Health, which has unlocked many passages of Scripture that I never understood before. I am thankful to God, and grateful to our beloved Leader, Mrs. Eddy, for the healing that has made me every whit whole.— Florence, Mass.
