Christian Science was presented to me at a time when I needed help. I was told by several specialists in New York that my condition was serious and that unless I was operated on immediately there was no hope for relief. During this very unhappy time there also developed what the doctors called neuritis, which prevented my putting my feet to the floor for several weeks at a time.
This was the condition in which Christian Science found me, and through the application of the understanding of divine Principle as taught in the Christian Science textbook, "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures'' by Mary Baker Eddy, I was speedily restored to health. With my healing came a desire to know more of divine Principle, and I am grateful for a growing understanding of the absolute truth.
