My first healing in Christian Science took place when my son was six months old. I was still under the care of physicians, having been able to walk only at intervals since his birth, and in constant and extreme pain. I turned to Christian Science and asked a practitioner to work for me, and I had an instantaneous and permanent healing. That occurred twenty-eight years ago. There have been many other healings in the years which have followed. But greater to me than release from suffering are the progress I have made heavenward and the joy I have in the fact that my son and his wife are both students of Christian Science.
