I am very grateful that Christian Science has come into my life, for through it not only physical health but above all moral healing has come to me.
After an attack of influenza I had lost all my hair, and according to medical opinion the hair follicles had also disappeared. For two years I had used all kinds of salves, and had also had recourse to medical aid, but without success.
In 1923 I first heard of Christian Science. I attended the Sunday services and Wednesday evening testimony meetings; and gaining confidence in this teaching through what I heard there, I turned to a Christian Science practitioner for help. With great patience and selfless love the glorious message of the Christ, Truth, was explained to me, and in a short time I experienced the effect of this truth upon me. My hair was completely restored, for which I am very grateful. That this healing is not temporary is proved by the fact that nine years have gone by and I still rejoice in a full head of hair.
