LOVE'S SUFFICIENCY

From the September 1913 issue of The Christian Science Journal

Love fills thy every need;
O doubting heart, look up,
And lips rejoice, that ye may drink
From Truth's unemptied cup.

Love fills thy every need;
Bid lurking fear go hence,
And of the Father's bounty take
In trust and confidence.

Love fills thy every need;
Can God be more than all?
And will He leave thee comfortless
Who sees the sparrow fall?

O rest thee, then, in Love;
Sad heart, forget thy fears.
In all God's realm of Truth and joy
There is no place for tears.
