SHELTER

From the May 1943 issue of The Christian Science Journal

Under the shadow of His wings,
Bending compassionate above,
Stand we in grateful quietude,
Safe in the shelter of Love.

Under the shadow of His wings,
Guarding in mercy all mankind,
Stand we in calm and confidence,
Safe in the shelter of Mind.

Under the shadow of His wings,
Tenderly shielding us from strife,
Stand we in utter peacefulness,
Safe in the shelter of Life.
