The judgment of God, "the Judge of all the earth," Gen. 18:25; is often feared as a decree that condemns us rather than blesses us.
But what if everyone understood that divine Truth frees us from evil, dissolving deficiencies of mind and spirit as light dissolves darkness? What if we all saw that material beliefs and practices, when destroyed, need no pardon or punishment? God's judgment would be welcomed rather than feared.
Judgment from God, who is Love, intelligence, Principle, means liberation, a more abundant life. It redeems us from sin and the deadly penalties wrongdoing imposes. It helps us discover our spiritual sonship with God. It is the way we can separate ourselves from the hang-ups that obscure our relationship with God.
