In solving problems spiritually through Christian Science we need to inspect our thinking. Doesn't the Bible say, "As [a man] thinketh in his heart, so is he"?Prov. 23:7
In the human sense of existence an individual has to analyze his thoughts and motives to correct and purify them and thus improve his outward experience. But, in the absolute reality of spiritual being, in which the true identity of this individual is the expression of perfect Deity, he has no need to change his consciousness. He is already perfect and complete.
In Science and Health by Mrs. Eddy we read : "Divine metaphysics, as revealed to spiritual understanding, shows clearly that all is Mind, and that Mind is God, omnipotence, omnipresence, omniscience, —that is, all power, all presence, all Science. Hence all is in reality the manifestation of Mind." Science and Health, p. 275
