Economic Hints

From the August 1886 issue of The Christian Science Journal

The past year has been one of unsurpassed interest and prosperity at the College. But for other duties devolving upon the President, in undertaking the Normal courses, classes could have been formed every three weeks. From thirty to forty applicants have been the average number for each class.

Requests to enter the College are pouring in from all quarters. The autumn term will open with a larger class than usual. The President will probably divide the number into two classes.

The newly revised edition of Science and Health is carrying to many hungry hearts the Gospel of Peace. It holds the solution of the great problem of Mind and matter, and is establishing the Science of Mental Healing on its only sure foundation. About four thousand copies have been sold within the last five months.
