With a deep sense of gratitude I give my testimony of a wonderful proof of God's care. In February, 1922, I was suffering with an inward cancer and chronic constipation. I consulted two doctors, both of whom advised me to go to a surgeon. The surgeon told me he could operate, but that it would only aggravate the case. He said I might try radium treatments. I did, but in two months was taking opiates for the pain. Then Christian Science was brought to my attention. I was instantaneously healed of constipation, and in a short time the other condition had vanished into its native nothingness.
I am very grateful for these healings; also for the practitioners and friends who helped me through these trying times. I am grateful for the literature and for membership in a branch church; grateful for what Christian Science is doing for all mankind.—Indianapolis, Indiana.
