I can truthfully say that I am grateful for all that Christian Science has done for me. Existence would seem meaningless and poor indeed if it were not for the comfort, guidance, abundance, and protecting power which Christian Science has shown me that God has for all His children.
Several years ago, after a prolonged and severe struggle with athlete's foot, I was helped to see the light by the very able work of a consecrated practitioner. I am very grateful for the truth learned during that experience.
I am grateful, too, for increased harmony in the home; for a few years of education in the Christian Science Sunday School; for the spiritual growth resulting from membership in a branch church and in The Mother Church; for being able to take part in the activities of the branch church; for class instruction; for all the good that the Christian Science movement is doing everywhere, and particularly for Mrs. Eddy's humble and courageous work that enabled her to give to mankind the truth of being which was revealed to her. The Christian Science Journal, Sentinel, and Monitor, and the Lesson-Sermons in the Christian Science Quarterly are a never-ending joy to read and always are most helpful. —Geneva, Illinois.
