My gratitude for our beloved Leader, who gave to the world the blessings of Christian Science, grows and grows. This Science has helped me to see God's continuous protecting care for all His children.
Some years ago there were several instances of petty theft in our neighborhood which continued over a period of about a year. The houses were broken into, and cash or coins were taken while the occupants were away.
At first, the neighborhood children were interrogated in their homes. Later, they were taken out of school to be questioned at the police station. Our son was one they questioned more severely, as he was very tall and quite a grown-up looking thirteen-year-old. I had been doing prayerful work in Christian Science, knowing that all error would be uncovered by Truth; but when our son was taken out of school to the police station and questioned at length for the third time without our knowledge, I wired for help from a practitioner who lived a thousand miles away.
