Tony Lobl opened this Christian Science Sentinel podcast by saying, “We certainly live in an age where people have had to deal with some seismic issues in relation to government.” He referred to political polarization, contested elections, and “a lot of stir in thought.” Then he explored with guests Bosede Bakarey and Judy Wolff how a deeper understanding of God’s divine government can be brought to bear on these issues. Both guests are practitioners and teachers of Christian Science, with Bosede from Nigeria and Judy from the United States.

Tony: Today, we’re going to be talking about government, and Bosede, I’d like to start with you in just putting that question on the table, “What truly governs us?” As you’ve thought about that and prayed about that, what have you been seeing? And what would you like to share on that, just to get us started?
