There is an unwritten law, with which we are all familiar that makes our welfare and happiness in this world, depend as much upon the doing of certain things as abstaining from the performance of certain other things. This law makes it as obligatory for us to be faithful in the discharge of certain duties as to avoid other acts which we know to be trangressions of the law.

As will be noticed in the regular list of church notices the Church of Christ, Scientist, has moved from Davis hall into larger quarters, at what was formerly Unity hall on D Street, where the society of Christian Scientists will not only hold their religious services, but will establish there a dispensary, which will be open from 1 o'clock to 4 each afternoon during the week for those who wish to seek for health or secure Christian Science literature. This society has made an excellent growth and this move will add greater strength in numbers and influence.
