HE GIVETH ALL

From the October 1926 issue of The Christian Science Journal

Dost long for love?
Then go to Him from whom alone love comes.
He 's waiting with a brimming cup for all earth's
thirsty ones.
Go to Him! Ask for all thou wilt. He will not say
thee nay;
Take there thine empty heart—and then
With thanks go forth,
Rejoicing on thy way.

Dost seek for light?
Look up, and see Truth's ever radiant ray;
'T is shining brightly even now upon life's narrow
way,
So bright that error's misty clouds cannot long dim
thy sight.
Look round thee on the fields of Love,
And then
Thank God for light.

Dost long for heaven?
Search well thy thoughts. God's kingdom is within;
Cherish with love all that is true; cast out all
sense of sin.
Let peace and harmony expel all sorrow, fear,
and pain.
Love well thy fellow-man, and lo!
Thy joy and happiness will show
The realm where Love doth reign.
