"LET US ACCEPT SCIENCE"

From the April 1939 issue of The Christian Science Journal

CHRISTIAN SCIENCE reveals that the jurisdiction of divine law extends throughout the one and only spiritual realm, and that, through the understanding of Christian Science, God's divine government can be proved supreme in human experience.

Consecrated and loyal students of "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mary Baker Eddy recognize the importance of the author's statement on page 458: "The Christianly scientific man reflects the divine law, thus becoming a law unto himself. He does violence to no man. Neither is he a false accuser. The Christian Scientist wisely shapes his course, and is honest and consistent in following the leadings of divine Mind."

Christian Science shows that the divine law, as applied to humanity, requires us to love our neighbor as ourselves. Obeying the divine law, the student proceeds from the standpoint that evil is powerless, and that good, wherever and by whomsoever expressed, is full of power, having its source in God, omnipresent good.
