LOVE'S BRIGHT VISION

From the June 1941 issue of The Christian Science Journal

Once more Love's wondrous power has conquered error's seeming
And its sweet healing peace has come to me again.
Once more my wakened thought has caught the brightness
gleaming
From Life that knows no death, no discord, fear, or pain.

I stand upon the mount of Spirit's pure revealing,
The mists of sense dissolve before Truth's piercing ray.
The vision grows more clear, for gone are doubts concealing
The truth that God is All and man is free today.

Let me retain for aye this glimpse of Mind's unfolding,
Let me more freely serve, more consecrated be.
The banner of Thy love let me on high be holding,
So that my deeds attest true gratitude to Thee.
