Almost 8:25. It is Wednesday night and we are seated in a Christian Science church. The Reader is completing some announcements.
This weekly meeting began with a hymn, followed by readings from the Bible, and from Science and Health by Mrs. Eddy. We prayed silently, repeated the Lord's Prayer aloud together, then sang another hymn.
Now the First Reader is saying, "This meeting is open for all to share experiences, testimonies, and remarks on Christian Science."
