For more than fourteen years I had suffered from an injury received in falling backwards from a wagon, which opened a joint in my neck and injured the spine, causing almost constant suffering. Nervous prostration, partial paralysis, rheumatism, uterine trouble, and numerous other beliefs made life a burden.
