We again call attention to a fact that our readers and contributors seem to have overlooked or be unaware of, and that is, that the matter for the Journal must be in our hands long before the Journal appears.
In the February number one year ago, we said:—
"It should be also borne in mind that the editorial department must work long enough in advance to allow the printer to do his work. As a rule articles cannot go in after a first of the month. They must be of special importance otherwise. Of course they should be in the office long enough to admit of their careful examination and preparation for publication."
