About eleven years ago, before I was interested in Christian Science, I fell heavily on a wet sidewalk. Subsequently there was so much pain concurrent with any movement of my body that medical help was sought, and the difficulty was diagnosed as a dislocation of the sacroiliac joint on the left side.
