This long distance toll-call number is a direct line to the Concord support staff and cannot be accessed from the main switchboard at The Mother Church. Support staff hours are 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday to Friday, Eastern time. The new hours and toll-call phone number parallel current software customer-service standards. Technical support will continue to be free of charge to registered Concord owners.
Concord technical support is also available via the SpiritNet bulletin board via modem by dialing (617) 450-2598, or toll-free (800) 261-2006. Modem speeds up to 14.4 kbs set at 8,N,1 are supported. Internet e-mail support is available at Concord@SpiritNet.com.
