Mark 4:1-13

With crowds thronging his every move, Jesus ordained helpers, allowing for further expansion of his ministry. This action occasioned further divisions. While the disciples and crowds gather around him, his family and the scribes stand without. Yet, we've heard so little about his teachings. That's about to change, as the next two sections will reveal.

4:1-9 And he began again to teach by the sea side: and ... he entered into a ship, and sat in the sea; and the whole multitude was by the sea on the land.
