June 6, 1928 The Christian Science Board of Directors Boston, Massachusetts Dear Friends: We, the members of The Christian Science Board of Lectureship, in annual conference assembled, wish to express to you our love and loyalty. Many pleasant experiences have come to us during the lecture year now drawing to a close, but none pleasanter than this opportunity to assure you of our appreciation of your wise counsel and unfailing support in the work to which you have appointed us.

The following members of The Christian Science Board of Lectureship have voluntarily requested us not to reappoint them members of that Board for the year beginning July 1,1928, as they desire to devote themselves to the healing work in the practice of Christian Science during the coming year: Algernon Hervey Bathurst, Judge Frederick C. Hill.

A translation of "Rudimental Divine Science" and "No and Yes" into the German language is now published in one volume with alternate pages of English and German, in both cloth and pocket editions, uniform in size with the library and pocket editions of other writings by Mary Baker Eddy. Printed on fine book paper, bound in green library buckram, single copy $1.

German Translation of Important Pamphlet The pamphlet, "Permanency of The Mother Church," first announced in the Sentinel of March 10, 1928, has been translated into German for distribution among German-speaking Christian Scientists and other individuals who might profit by the information it contains. All orders mailed to The Christian Science Publishing Society during the ensuing three months will be filled without charge.

Continuous Subscription Plan Extended In September, 1927, we announced the Continuous Subscription Plan, applicable to The Christian Science Monitor, and now, in response to frequent requests, it has been found possible to extend this plan to cover the other periodicals, namely, The Christian Science Journal, Christian Science Sentinel, Christian Science Quarterly, Der Herold der Christian Science, and Le Heraut de Christian Science. For the benefit of those who are not familiar with the Continuous Subscription Plan, we may say that it provides for the renewal of a subscription without lapse.
