" This is an inspiring challenge to demonstrate, as did the great Metaphysician, Christ Jesus, that good overcomes evil at every point.
As I laid down a recent issue of the Saturday Review of Literature, one devoted entirely to the subject of education, one salient fact stayed with me. When Nicodemus came to Jesus by night, eager to question one who had performed such miracles, the Master's great love enabled him to discern his visitor's need. He must have known that Nicodemus, educated in the material religious systems of his day, had need to be awakened to the living realities of Spirit, to a new outlook on God as his creator and the creator of all.
The question which titles this article is answered by Mary Baker Eddy, the Discoverer and Founder of Christian Science, in "Unity of Good" ( p. 51 ): "Woman is the highest species of man, and this word is the generic term for all women; but not one of all these individualities is an Eve or an Adam.
" What shall I do?" is the troubled query of those at a crossroad of experience where a choice of action seems imperative. Is there a practical way to make the right choice? Yes, through Christian Science teachings one can find neverfailing guidance.
