A Healthy Church and a Healthy Body

The work one does in preparation for and while participating in a church business meeting is not unlike what one needs to do to maintain his own good health.

To maintain good health, an individual needs to guard his consciousness of himself. True consciousness is Mind—the one Mind, God. One maintains his health when whatever he does, every step he takes, is with an understanding not only of the broad purpose of Mind to express itself but of the exact purpose he has to express Mind's goodness in whatever he is doing.

Understanding Mind as the source of his thought and intelligence, one understandingly works out each individual step in relation to his source. Christ Jesus illustrated this in his own life and in the healing work he did. He said, "My Father worketh hitherto, and I work." John 5:17;
