ANOTHER NEBRASKA CASE

Lincoln, Neb., January 2, 1900.

Dear Journal:—I have the following report to make to our brethren in Truth of the proceedings and final dismissal of the latest prosecution attempted against Christian Science in Nebraska.

The case was entitled State of Nebraska vs. Benjamin J. Hammett, and arose in Pawnee Country, where a preliminary hearing was had before a magistrate, and Brother Hammett was bound over to appear at the fall term of the District Court for said country, at which term, however, the prosecution was dismissed by the state.
