We are glad of permission to publish the following...

From the July 1903 issue of The Christian Science Journal

We are glad of permission to publish the following letters received by our Leader, from Hon. Charles R. Corning, Mayor of Concord, and Hon. Solon A. Carter, State Treasurer of New Hampshire. These letters are particularly gratifying, because they convey such kindly expressions of good will and esteem, and display so much of that spirit of true Christian brotherhood which rises above creed and dogma.

We but voice the sentiments of the many thousands of Christian Scientists throughout the world when we express our thanks to Mayor Corning and Treasurer Carter for their courtesy, and to the churches in Concord that so hospitably offered our brethren in that city the use of their church edifices until the new Christian Science Church is completed.

Mayor's Office.
