THE LIFE-LINE

From the June 1906 issue of The Christian Science Journal

O ye rudderless wrecks that are tossing about
On the sea in the wind and the wave.
There's a light that is shining to banish your doubt,
And to bid you take heart and be brave.
A life-line is ready, your fears you may scout,
There's a Saviour that's ready to save.
