It has been about four years since I received a healing, through the efficacy of Christian Science, which has appeared wonderful to many, and the radiance of Truth still remains. For two days I suffered intensely from pain in my eyes, losing my sight for periods of eight or nine hours each day. Christian Science having been my only help for some years previous, a practitioner was called, but as the pain did not yield at once a well-known physician was consulted at the urgent request of a member of the family. He advised an immediate operation, but as Christian Science had met my every need in the past, I turned confidently to it again. It seems almost needless to say that healing was realized the next day; for it is not hard to believe that God is good, when He is revealed in the light of Truth, as we find from Mrs. Eddy's teachings.
This healing has been permanent, and is only one of many extending over a number of years. The blessings have multiplied in proportion to my own willingness to turn away from the material and accept the spiritual fact as all. I am truly grateful to our beloved Leader, to the faithful workers in the field, and for every good thought, which is a message from God.— East Orange, N. J.
