It is with a deep sense of thankfulness that I take this opportunity to express my gratitude to God for the many blessings bestowed on me through the teachings of Christian Science. I was enabled,, more than a year ago, to lay off glasses which had been worn for over sixteen years, experiencing a wonderful comfort, such as I had never before known. I have also been healed of nervous prostration, throat trouble, and colds. Many vital problems have been solved through a loving practitioner's realization of the power of Truth.
The happiness and love that are mine through a better understanding of God, and the moral and spiritual uplift that is being gained through the daily study of the Bible and of the Christian Science textbook, "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mrs. Eddy, together with our periodicals, inspire me to endeavor to express the deep gratitude I feel to our beloved Leader, who has done so much for the world in making known to us this beautiful truth.— Philadelphia, Pa.
