I look back over the past year with gratitude for good that has come to me, for the many problems that have been satisfactorily solved through Christian Science, and for the knowledge of God as Love and ever present.
I have been healed of many physical discords, for which I am exceedingly grateful; financial difficulties that seemed insurmountable have been overcome. I wish to express my gratitude for the Wednesday evening meetings and for the testimonies.
Several months ago I attended a Wednesday evening meeting under a heavy mental strain. I felt that the difficulty was so great that it was beyond solution, but the service that evening dispelled that doubt, the hymns and testimonies all seemed to be for my benefit, in each one was cheer and hope, and when the service was over I acknowledged my gratitude to God for this wonderful demonstration of ever present divine guidance, for I was lifted out of the mental depression. I knew then that my problem would be solved, and it was.
