Since the first reading of "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by our Leader, Mary Baker Eddy, over six years ago, the writer has been blessed with manifold "fruits of the Spirit." These blessings have been manifested in the healing of mental, moral, and physical discords, such as periodical colds, sore throat, backaches, and other erroneous conditions.
Through many seemingly very severe human experiences the knowledge that the absolute truth was ever present to save, never left me and one by one each problem has been solved by Christian Science. I am grateful for the uncovering of resentment, criticism, discouragement, and fear in my thinking, and for the knowledge that Truth destroys these errors, as well as self-love, self-justification, ingratitude, vanity, and pride. In business it has been found that divine Mind governs harmoniously and that the pressure of human will, scheming, and undue personal responsibility are unnecessary to right activity.
In entering the literature distribution and Sunday school work, it was not expected that any individual benefit would result to the worker, but great has been the knowledge of Truth gained therein. No greater privilege could come to any one than in this service. I am grateful to God for Christian Science and for every blessing it brings to mankind.—
