For all the health and happiness that Christian Science has brought into my life, I am deeply grateful. My first healing in Science was from heart strain. I was under a doctor's care, took many medicines, and rested for over a year, but at the end of that time I can honestly say I was not any better in any way. In three Christian Science treatments I was healed of all trace of heart trouble, and through gaining some idea of true activity I have lost all fear of overstrain. Better than anything else is the changed and glorified outlook Science gives when one is honest in study and application. I have been and still seem slow in apprehending Truth, but I would say to any one who finds the way long and is discouraged: Press on, the glimpses we gain of reality are worth all the toil, and they do eventually transform our lives.
It is only now I am beginning to realize the gratitude we owe to Mrs. Eddy. It is only by striving to be honest to our highest understanding of Principle, God, that we can in any wise pay our debt.—Hove, Brighton, England.
