When I first attended Sunday service in a Christian Science church, what impressed me was the quotation on the wall, from page 494 of "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mary Baker Eddy, "Divine Love always has met and always will meet every human need." After the service I decided to talk with a practitioner instead of going on to a sanitarium, as had been planned. I also found, when eating the next time, that the fear of what, when, and how to eat had been destroyed. I am most grateful that I felt no opposition to Mrs. Eddy, and no antagonism to the spiritual idea, God's man. For thirteen years Christian Science has been my only physician, and many blessings have come through it to me and to our family.
Words fail to express my gratitude to our beloved Leader, Mrs. Eddy, to the faithful, friendly practitioners, and for all the loving articles and testimonies in our periodicals.—Tacoma, Washington.
