In November, some years ago, I began to read, first, the textbook, "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures," then Mrs. Eddy's other books, which I obtained at a Christian Science Reading Room. During the period I was so earnestly reading, I was healed of a tumor; and there was no pain, nor any inconvenience whatever. This first healing convinced me that Christian Science was what I had been seeking; and I felt that God was the healer. I continued to read, and earnestly prayed to know more understandingly this great curative power. My prayers were answered. The following spring I was healed of acute attacks of neuralgia, rheumatism in a severe form, grippe, and throat troubles. Great as were these healings, nevertheless I felt that they were overshadowed by the moral and spiritual benefits received. And now not a day passes but I adoringly lift my heart to God in gratitude for His wonderful love. To all seekers for health in Christian Science I long to say: "Take heart; stand fast!
