For nearly twenty years I have enjoyed the multitudinous blessings of Christian Science. It has been a constant unfoldment of more and more good. Christian Science has surely fulfilled the promise in "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mary Baker Eddy (p. 265), giving me "a wider sphere of thought and action, a more expansive love, a higher and more permanent peace."
One of the greatest blessings that has come to me is the purification that comes through the "careful, unbiased, contemplative reading" of our Leader's writings (Miscellaneous Writings, p. 43). Her writings, together with the Bible, are the expression of Truth to this age; and since they are the expression of Truth, they must be the Christ or "the true idea voicing good, the divine message from God to men speaking to the human consciousness" (Science and Health, p. 332). And who would not be greatly blessed by daily contact with the Christ, Truth?
Christian Science has been my staff and shield in the business world. It has many, many times held me up and guided my erring sense. It has healed me physically whenever there has been need of physical healing. I was instantaneously healed of an acute toothache, and in three days of a severe case of influenza during a time when it seemed to be most prevalent.
