With a heart filled with gratitude, I wish to testify to the great blessings I have received in Christian Science. For nearly a year I suffered from an abdominal complaint and was always under medical treatment. At times I felt better, but the complaint always manifested itself again, and always more vehemently, so that I was quite despondent. Then, friends in Elbing, where I lived, called my attention to Christian Science. Through the loving help of a Christian Science practitioner I was healed in four treatments, and am now enjoying good health. Another difficulty left me at the same time without any special attention. I had never been able to eat eggs; I always felt a great aversion for them, and always had indigestion after eating them. Since I have been healed through the truth and know that God is Love and Truth, I have been healed of this too.
I am sincerely grateful to God for all the blessings I have received. I am also deeply indebted to Mrs. Eddy and the loving practitioner. It will be my endeavor to express much love to God and to mankind, and thereby become a better individual. — Stolp, Pomerania, Germany.
