Over nineteen years ago I was healed through one week's absent treatment in Christian Science of so-called hereditary asthma, from which I had suffered since a very young girl. There has been no return of this trouble.
Following this beautiful experience I bought "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mary Baker Eddy, and commenced an earnest study of Christian Science. Next followed class instruction from an authorized, consecrated, loyal teacher, and then membership in a branch church and in The Mother Church. I am indeed grateful for all these advancing steps.
A few years ago I passed through a most unhappy experience with the owner of an apartment where I lived, and I allowed my consciousness to become filled with resentment. I suffered from a breaking out all over my body. Then I turned quickly to the truth as taught by our beloved Leader, and this beautiful thought came, that the true breaking out is the breaking out into joy and thanksgiving to God for the truth that makes free. I was instantaneously healed.
