I desire to express my gratitude to God for the blessings I have received in Christian Science.
My first healing, which was of influenza, took place in 1918. We were only slightly interested in Science at the time, so we called in a physician, who told my husband that, due to a weak heart, I should not live very long. Then we called on a Christian Scicnce practitioner, and I was completely healed in one week. I was also healed of the need of wearing eyeglasses, of corns, and of constipation of many years' standing. At one time I seemed to be passing on with acute indigestion, but with the help of a practitioner I was instantly healed.
My husband was healed of sciatic rheumatism, which was so severe that he was unable to move. With the aid of a practitioner he was up and around within one week, though the complete healing did not take place for several months, due, I believe, to resentment and lack of faith. I find that as we rely wholeheartedly on God, He never fails us.
