Humbly and gratefully I submit this acknowledgment of benefits received from the study and application of Christian Science.
Many years ago I had my first healing through a Christian Science treatment, lovingly given by one of Mrs. Eddy's students. This healing was of a severe headache and was instantaneous. I also experienced relief from constipation of years' standing. I regret to say that I did not take up the study of Christian Science at this time.
Many years passed; then Christian Science was again presented to me, and I eagerly accepted it. The seed sown years before had taken root, and Truth began to lighten my load. I am happy to say that I now depend entirely upon Christian Science.
