For many years I have been receiving the benefits that come through the study and practice of the truth as taught in Christian Science.
While I was in the darkness and despair of a severe nervous breakdown, Christian Science was presented by a family friend and was accepted. That was the starting point from which I was led out of the night of ignorance of God into the light and freedom which the Christ, Truth, bestows.
This first healing was not instantaneous, but through the loving work of a Christian Science practitioner confidence replaced fear, strength replaced weakness, trust in God as infinite Love replaced reliance on material remedies and persons. I can truly testify that Christian Science does heal.
