Officers of branch churches and individuals who have occasion to correspond with The Christian Science Board of Directors, with the Clerk and the Treasurer of The Mother Church, and with the heads of departments of The Mother Church Offices are requested always to place their addresses on their letters and to write their signatures plainly. Women are requested to use the title "Miss" or "Mrs." as the fact may be, and to use their Christian names. The co-operation of correspondents is solicited.
From time to time there have appeared in our periodicals notices of acknowledgments to those who have presented to The Mother Church letters written by our Leader, Mary Baker Eddy, and her secretaries, as well as other papers bearing her signature. Our last acknowledgment appeared in The Christian Science Journal for March, 1952. The result of these notices is evidenced by the fact that thousands of documents have been received for preservation in the Archives of The Mother Church.
