Per capita tax form now in seventeen languages

From the November 1996 issue of The Christian Science Journal

For the first time, we expect to print the per capita tax form in a variety of languages. In addition to English, this form will be available in Czech, Danish, Dutch, Finnish, French, German, Greek, Hungarian, Indonesian, Italian, Japanese, Norwegian, Polish, Portuguese, Spanish, and Swedish. Mother Church members who have indicated a preference from this list will receive the per capita tax form in their chosen language.

Also for the first time, those living outside the United States will be able to make their per capita tax contributions using Mastercard, Visa, or American Express. (The amount of the contribution must be stated in U.S. dollars, and the banking systems will convert the amount at the current market exchange rate.)

As a result of these new steps, the form is being redesigned. We hope everyone will find it easier to use.
