Since the age of nine I have been a student of Christian Science. I did have a few years when I strayed away, but thank goodness, just like the prodigal I returned to the fold.
About seven years ago I heard a wonderfully inspiring lecture on Christian Science, and suddenly I felt a deep desire to have class instruction. I really wanted to get a deeper understanding of the Science of Christianity. About two years later I had class instruction. It was the most spiritually uplifting experience of my life. The teacher said that if he only impressed on us just how close man is to his Father-Mother God, he would be well pleased.
Well, I certainly got the message! During those two weeks I had several lovely healings, and I learned the absolute inseparability of God and His idea, man. This new understanding of my closeness to the divine Father of us all helped me face and overcome three challenges that arose shortly after my return home.
