THE BIBLE TELLS US that God can help us: ". . . with God all things are possible." Matt. 19:26. But how is this possible? It's possible through a growing perception of some basic spiritual truths. The inspired message of the Scriptures affirms that God is All and that He is good. The true nature of His creation, then, is totally good and includes no evil. It is entirely spiritual, because God is Spirit, and His is the only creation there really is.
Each of us, in his or her true being, is God's spiritual reflection, expressing His perfection in such qualities as love, health, purity, goodness, harmony, immortality. On the basis of God's allness and our oneness with Him as His perfect likeness, we can prove God's presence and His power to heal.
One morning I woke up with an intense stinging and pain on my head. I put my hand on the spot and discovered a large bump, or swelling. At first I wondered what had caused it. But then I remembered the value of immediately turning in prayer to God for help. So I began to pray, realizing Spirit's allness and turning away from what the physical senses were saying.
