I AM VERY GRATEFUL for the spiritual progress I made several summers ago while praying about a very annoying skin disease. When I couldn't sleep at night because of the discomfort, I would pray earnestly to gain an understanding of God and my true, spiritual identity.
Matter never could tell me the truth about myself, since I'm spiritual.
I learned so many things during this time. I began to realize more clearly that God is the source of power, and that He gives us power to resist, persist, and to say "No" to any and all evil. God has done His job of making me perfect, and I realized that I could do my job by fully utilizing His power and refusing to give authority to evil.
